Crematorium in Faulconbridge

The development applications was denied by Council and then by the Land and Environment Court.

The informal news is that they have abandoned their appeal of the Court decision.

• Provide an honest appraisal of how the development will affect you and the people around you.
• Use the resources provided only as a guide; as food for your own words and ideas.
• Prepare your letter in concise terms. Don't repeat yourself. Don't waffle.
• Use point form or prose, depending on how comfortable you are with either form.
  There are two schools of thought on how this should be done - just be natural.
• Don't over-use CAPITAL LETTERS because it could be construed as SHOUTING
• Don't denigrate anyone - use positive language.
• Add a declaration to say that you have not made donations or contributions to any councillors.
• Address your submission to the General Manager
• Include the File number and full title of the Development Proposal

• Send a copy of your submission with a nice covering letter to one or more of your local councillors.

• Urge your next door neighbour to review the situation and write a submission.
