Tender: Architectural Services for the Renewal of Springwood Community
and Cultural Facilities Request for Tender No 2011-W949
Blue Mountains City Council has secured significant Federal funding for
the renewal of the cultural and community precinct in Springwood. Council
seeks tenders from innovative architectural firms experienced in master
planning, detailed design and construction documentation of theatres and
libraries. Plans are to be developed in partnership with key stakeholder
groups and the local community.
Tenders close at 2:00pm on Wednesday, 2 March 2011.

("Electronic Tender Box") free of charge, from Tuesday 8 February 2011.
Tenders are required to comply with the Local Government (General)
Regulations 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Procurement (issue 18
January 2005). The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any
Tender submitted.
Tenders must be lodged online using:

("Electronic Tender Box").
Tenderers must provide:
- Completed Tender Return Schedules; and
- supporting documentation that the Tenderer wishes to submit (if
any).
All Electronic Tender Box queries and requests for technical or
operational support must be directed to Council's Contact Officer.
If Tenderers have any problem in accessing the Electronic Tender Box
website or uploading a Tender they must contact the Council's Contact
Officer prior to Closing Time.
Tenderers must allow sufficient time for tender lodgement, including time
that may be required for any problem analysis and resolution prior to the
Closing Time.
Tenders lodged through the Electronic Tender Box will be deemed to be
authorised by the Tenderer.
Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of
submissions immediately after the closing time.
